At Heritage Tees, we want your experience to be as happy and smooth as a Bob Ross painting. Below you’ll find the details on how we handle shipping and returns for all orders fulfilled through our print-on-demand partner, Printify.
🔄 Returns & Exchanges
Since all items are custom printed to order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, incorrect size, or color preference. Please double-check your sizing and details before placing your order.
We will replace your order at no additional cost if:

❌ Cancellations
Orders can only be canceled or changed within 12 hours of purchase since production begins quickly after your order is placed.
